Ingredients

  • 3 jalapeños halved and seeded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup monterrey jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp Fig Balsamic Reduction
  • drizzle of Rosemary Olive Oil

Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. While oven is preheating, place cream cheese and Monterrey jack in standing mixer. Mix on medium speed until fully incorporated.
  • Stuff the seeded jalapenos with the cheese mixture.
  • Drizzle with the olive oil of your choice.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before placing on serving tray. Drizzle with Fig Balsamic.

    I love this recipe and make it a lot. It’s an OSU Buckeye game day staple. I make a lot of variations. Using the bacon olive oil is yum! As is the prickly pear balsamic. I love CCOM!
