Drunken BBQ Chicken Dip

Perfect for a tailgate party, a large gathering, or to snack on by the pool! Can be served cold or hot, whichever you prefer!

Drunken BBQ Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • (3) 10 oz cans of low-sodium chicken
  • (1) 8 oz block of cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Drunken Garlic Barbeque Sauce or any of our bbq sauces to sub
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp salt or more to taste

  • Chipotle Balsamic Barbeque Sauce
  • Bourbon Mustard Barbeque Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a mixing bowl combine chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt, Drunken Garlic Barbeque Sauce, 1 cup of sharp white cheddar cheese, oregano, and salt.
  • Pour mixture into a 9×12 baking dish. Top the dip with chopped green onions and the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. For the last 2-5 minutes of your bake, turn the oven to broil to bubble and crisp up the top layer of cheese.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, carrots, celery, cucumbers, or on Hawaiian rolls as sliders!
