Ingredients

2/3 cup Arizona Valencia Orange Olive Oil
1/3 cup Prickly Pear Balsamic Reduction
1 tsp Olive Blossom Honey
Sea Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together using a fork or whisk to rapidly blend the vinaigrette together. If using a jar, top with the lid and shake until emulsified. Pour dressing over greens until they are evenly coated and look glossy. Serve immediately.
