In a medium skillet, heat 2 tbsp of Pizza Drizzle Olive Oil and minced garlic for 3 minutes on medium-high heat.
Add the sliced tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to a simmer. While tomatoes are cooking, slice the baguette. drizzle Pizza Drizzle on top and toast
Stir tomatoes well and cook until they soften, about 15-20 minutes. Remove tomatoes from skillet and set aside.
Add wine to pan, scraping up the brown bits. Reduce the liquid slightly and add the tomatoes back into the skillet, stir to combine. Stir in the remaining tablespoon of Pizza Drizzle Olive Oil.
Add tomatoes to the toasted slices of the french baguette. Top with a drizzle of Aged Balsamic Vinegar and fresh basil. Enjoy!
