Heat pasta sauce and hot spread sauce in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring until the sauce is bubbling then turn to simmer.
In the meantime, add two heaping tablespoons of salt to a large pot of water, bring to a rolling boil, and add the pasta. Check the package instructions for cooking time. Once cooked, drain the pasta. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
Add the pasta to the sauce skillet and toss. If pasta seems dry, add some pasta water for desired consistency.
Serve immediately and sprinkle a generous portion of the Grana Padano and chopped fresh parsley.
