This spicy southern Italian sauce is a quick go-to with the collaboration of our Puttanesca Pasta Sauce and our Tutto Calabria Miscela Esplosiva Hot Spread Sauce. Eat it with spaghetti to keep things traditional. It makes a great vegetarian dish served with fresh Grana Padano and parsley.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh spaghettini or linguine pasta
- 1 jar Puttanesca Pasta Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tutto Calabria Hot Spread Sauce
- 2 tbsp sea salt for pasta water
- grana padano for topping
- fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
- Heat pasta sauce and hot spread sauce in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring until the sauce is bubbling then turn to simmer.
- In the meantime, add two heaping tablespoons of salt to a large pot of water, bring to a rolling boil, and add the pasta. Check the package instructions for cooking time. Once cooked, drain the pasta. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Add the pasta to the sauce skillet and toss. If pasta seems dry, add some pasta water for desired consistency.
- Serve immediately and sprinkle a generous portion of the Grana Padano and chopped fresh parsley.
- Optional: drizzle with your favorite of our extra virgin olive oils.
