  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash carrots and lay on a parchment paper covered sheet pan.
  • Drizzle EVOO evenly over carrots, then evenly sprinkle garlic on top.
  • Salt carrots and place in the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, flip carrots to opposite side and roast for another 20 minutes. Take out of oven - enjoy warm or cold, your choice!
