Ingredients

  • 4 hoagie or sub rolls
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 8 slices of salami
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 6 slices of tomato
  • 6 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup red onions thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Chianti Classico Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sedona Spice Dipping Spice
  • Tutto Calabria Minced Giardiniera Vegetables Hot Spread Sauce as much as you prefer (it is very hot!)
  • sea salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • On a cutting board, start with a base layer of shredded lettuce, then add your meats, cheese, tomatoes, banana peppers and red onions in a pile.
  • Chop up everything, making sure it’s well mixed together.
  • Next add Roasted Garlic Olive Oil, Chianti Classico Wine Vinegar, sea salt, pepper, and Sedona Spice Dipping Spice.
  • Chop one more time to incorporate.
  • Spread the Tutto Calabria Minced Giardiniera Vegetables Hot Spread Sauce onto the roll then scoop a pile of the chopped Italian ingredients in the roll and serve!
