Instructions
Toss arugula, dried cherries, goat cheese, and nuts in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together cherry balsamic, lime olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently. Serve immediately.
