Instructions
Place basil leaves, the balsamic reduction and olive oil in a sturdy glass.
Use a muddler to crush the basil and incorporate the flavors. Do not strain the mixture.
Fill the glass almost to the top with the frozen peaches instead of ice and fill the glass with carbonated water.
Squeeze the juice of one lime into the glass. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge. Cheers!
