This sweet salsa is refreshing & easy to make! Use it as a dip, sauce or topping to chicken or fish.
Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries diced
- 1 jalapeño stems removed, finely diced
- 1/2 red onion
- 2/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint loosely packed
- 1 tbsp Mexican Lime Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Strawberry Balsamic Reduction
- sea salt to taste
- black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Dice your strawberries, jalapeños and red onions.
- Chop your mint leaves.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and toss together until combined. Season with extra salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve & enjoy!
