We’ve decided to compile a list of delicious, fresh, and fun summer cocktails using a secret ingredient…balsamic vinegar! These recipes are simple twists on your favorite summer cocktails, don’t be shy, give them all a try!
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Pomegranate White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 1/2 oz white rum of your choice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 1/2 oz agave syrup
- club soda to top
Other great flavors to try!
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves at the bottom of a tall glass. Then add vinegar, rum, lime juice, and agave, and top it off with club soda. Stir until the agave is combined, and finish with ice cubes. You may garnish with mint leaves. Optional: line the rim with Persian Lime Olive Oil and sugar.
