Ingredients

To make the vinaigrette:

  • 1/4 cup Basil Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Peach White Balsamic Reduction
  • 1 tbsp Olive Blossom Honey
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

To make the salad:

  • 4 large ripe yellow peaches sliced
  • 6 oz container blackberries
  • 6 oz container blueberries
  • 8 oz container pomegranate seeds
  • 6 large basil leaves cut into ribbons
  • 1/4 cup feta, crumbled
  • 1/2 lime, juiced optional

Other great flavors to try!

  • Arizona Valencia Orange Olive Oil
  • Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
  • Pomegranate White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Prickly Pear White Balsamic Reduction

Instructions

To make the vinaigrette

  • Make the vinaigrette with the olive oil, balsamic reduction, honey, salt and pepper.

To make the salad:

  • Then add peaches, blackberries, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and basil leaves to a large bowl. Drizzle generously with the vinaigrette and toss with tongs. Optional: Squeeze the juice of 1 lime on top
