This is a family favorite, everyone loves it! You can switch the oil and vinegar flavors to switch up the classic.
Ingredients
- 2 large vine-ripened tomatoes
- 2 balls fresh mozzarella
- Dark Chocolate Olive Oil to drizzle
- chiffonade of basil
- Traditional Style Balsamic Reduction to drizzle
- sea salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.
- Arrange the caprese by alternating tomatoes and mozzarella slices.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar.
- Garnish with basil chiffonade and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
