Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Balanced Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 lbs brussels sprouts trimmed and quartered
  • 2 tsp Sedona Spice Dipping Spice
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine of your preference
  • 1/4 cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts, generously season with Sedona Spice, and cook, stirring frequently, until caramelized, 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Add wine and cook until evaporated, about 2-3 more minutes.
  • Add vinegar, toss to coat and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until vinegar is reduced.
