becomes sweet and nutty when browned.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup 3 Chile Infused Olive Oil
- 2 pounds brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- sea salt to taste
- 1/3 cup dry white wine of your choice
- 1/4 cup Cranberry White Balsamic Reduction
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts, generously season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently until caramelized, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add wine and cook until evaporated, about 2 more minutes.
- Add cranberry balsamic and toss to coat and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
