This elevated Old Fashioned combines Dark Cherry Balsamic Reduction with maple and bitters for a deep, complex cocktail that’s equal parts classic and creative.

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Dark Cherry Balsamic Reduction
- 2 oz Rye or Bourbon
- 2-3 dashes Bitters
- 1/2 oz Maple syrup
- 1-2 Sonoran Sweet Heat Pitted Olives
- 1-2 Amarena Wild Cherries, for garnish
- 1 Orange slice
Instructions
- Start with a classic old fashioned glass. Pour Dark Cherry Balsamic Reduction, maple syrup, and bitters into glass, then stir. Add a large ice cube or a couple smaller ones depending on preference. Fill glass with Rye or Bourbon and VOILA!Optional: Garnish with an orange slice, Amarena Wild Cherries, and a few Sonoran Sweet Heat Pitted Olives!
