  • Peel peaches with food peeler. Slice peach in 1/2 and remove pit. Cut peaches into 1/2 inch cube.

Making the sauce:

  • In a medium saucepan, put in all ingredients. Bring to medium heat to bring the ingredients to a gentle boil.
  • Gently boil for 6-8 minutes uncovered, stirring frequently, or until you reach the desired consistency. You can also mash for a smoother consistency. The longer you let the sauce boil, the thicker it will get.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings if needed, adding more Apple Cider Vinegar, sugar, chili flakes, or thyme.

Use over meatballs, chicken, or on crackers on a bruschetta board with cheese.
