Gently boil for 6-8 minutes uncovered, stirring frequently, or until you reach the desired consistency. You can also mash for a smoother consistency. The longer you let the sauce boil, the thicker it will get.
Taste and adjust seasonings if needed, adding more Apple Cider Vinegar, sugar, chili flakes, or thyme.
