Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans reserve 1/2 of the liquid
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Balanced Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp tahini

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients including reserved bean liquid in a food processor until smooth. Serve with pita bread.
