Baked Calabrian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef 85/15 lean to fat ratio prefered
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pecorino romano cheese grated
  • 4 sprigs Italian flat-leaf parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Tutto Calabria Spicy Garlic Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Using your hands, mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
  • Shape into 1.5 inch balls
  • Bake for 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
