Matcha lover or not, this intensely refreshing, luminous green iced tea is guaranteed to have you hooked. And if you’re still drinking it when the sun goes down, simply add a shot of rum or gin to transform it into a delicious evening cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Lime Leaf Tonic – Iconic Cocktails Co.
- .5 oz Date Balsamic Vinegar
- Raspberry Lime Spindrift to top with
- 2 oz green tea matcha powder
- Persian Lime Olive Oil for the rim
- sugar for the rim
- mint leaves to top and for garnish
- lemon slice for garnish
Instructions
- Add ice to cup.
- Add in Lime Leaf Tonic and Date Balsamic Vinegar.
- Top with Raspberry Lime Spindrift until cup is 3/4 way full.
- Add in 2 oz of green tea matcha diluted with 1 oz of water.
- Mix, mix, mix! You can mix directly in the cup or in a shaker.
- Garnish with a mint leaf and lemon slice.
