The perfect sweet & savory snack or appetizer that takes only 10 minutes to cook!
Ingredients
- (1) container 12 medjool dates
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- 6 large slices of prosciutto halved
- 1/2 cup cream cheese or goat cheese
- Basil olive Oil to drizzle
- Date Balsamic Vinegar to drizzle
Instructions
- De-pit your medjool dates first and slice in half
- Fill the halved dates with goat cheese (we filled a piping bag of goat cheese for ease of use)
- Wrap dates in the halved slices of prosciutto & one fresh basil leaf per date
- Place on baking tray
- Drizzle with our Basil Olive Oil
- Drizzle with our Date Balsamic Vinegar
- Bake @ 350 F for 10 minutes or until crispy
- Enjoy your snack!
