Don’t underestimate the delectable fig paired with prosciutto, mozzarella and our famous balsamic reductions in this salad!

Ingredients
To make the vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Fig Balsamic Reduction
- 1 tbsp Olive Blossom Honey
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
To make the salad:
- 2 handfuls of mixed greens
- 2 figs sliced
- 6 slices of prosciutto
- 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp roasted pistachios chopped
Other great flavors to try!
Instructions
- Whisk all the vinaigrette ingredients together in a medium bowl
- Assemble the salad with the greens, figs, prosciutto, mozzarella, olives and pistachios to top
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad generously and serve
