Ingredients
- 6 jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Monterey jack cheese
- Fig Balsamic Reduction to drizzle
- Meyer Lemon Olive Oil to drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat to 350F. While oven is preheating, place cream cheese and Monterey jack in standing mixer. Mix on medium speed until fully incorporated.
- Stuff the seeded jalapeño with the cheese mixture.
- Drizzle with Meyer Lemon Olive Oil.
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before placing on a serving tray. Finish with a drizzle with Fig Balsamic Reduction, serve & enjoy!
