Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Add some variety to your chicken with a balsamic rosemary glaze. Low carb and high protein, this chicken goes great with fresh veggies and potatoes or whole grain rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skin on
  • 1/2 cup Aged Balsamic Reduction
  • 2 tbsp Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • Valencia Orange Olive Oil
  • Prickly Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Cherry Vanilla Bourbon Cask Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, black pepper, salt, and olive oil. Add chicken, coating evenly allowing chicken to marinate at least 15 minutes.
  • Place chicken (skin side up) in a baking dish, distributing any remaining marinade over the breasts. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170° F. Serve and enjoy!
  • OPTIONAL: Replace fresh rosemary with fresh basil when using one of our citrus olive oils or fruit forward balsamics!
