Ingredients
For The Fig Purée:
- 6 figs sliced in half
- 1/4 cup Fig Balsamic Reduction
For The Cocktail:
- 1 1/4 tbsp fig puree
- 2 oz bourbon of your choice
- 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 oz maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Iconic Cocktail Orange Blossom Tonic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Drizzle Fig Balsamic Reduction onto figs and bake for 13 minutes
- Add figs and remaining of balsamic into blender and blend until smooth
- Fill shaker with ice, then add fig purée, bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and orange blossom tonic
- Shake for 15 seconds and strain into cocktail glass; sip and enjoy!
