I use this marinade for steaks, but can be used for almost any cut of beef or pork.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Traditional Style Balsamic Reduction
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 2 tsp djon mustard
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions
- Mix olive oil, vinegar, tamari, mustard, garlic, and spices in a one-gallon zip lock bag. Add desired cut of meat and marinate at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Overnight is recommended.
