Eating your fruits and veggies is cool, but drinking them is better. And by better, we mean easier. But when it comes to concocting a great smoothie, it's hard to get the most bang for your buck. We're talking about a smoothie that tastes good, looks good, and is good for you. Through much trial and error (and a lot of smoothie testing) we finally found a combination that feels right...simple, yet powerful.

Key ingredients (and why we chose them)

THE BEST SMOOTHIE RECIPE EVER
Serves 2
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1 1/2 frozen ripe bananas, chopped prior to freezing
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
A big handful of spinach
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
THE METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
