How We Make Extra Virgin Olive Oil
If you've never visited us, and seen first-hand how we produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil in Arizona (yes, Arizona!) well, you're missing out.
HOW WE MAKE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Something very special happens every Fall season here at the Olive Mill. Our 7,000 trees and trees from our farming partners give us sound, fresh olives ready to be crushed and squeezed into extra virgin olive oil. We cold-press using only mechanical means, pressing olives within 24 hours of plucking them from the tree. The entire process is monitored under my careful eye.
I always say that "fresh olives... give you fresh oil". Making sure that we time the harvest and control the processing and storage will always yield a high quality extra virgin olive oil that I can be proud of. That is what I wake up every morning to do... not my job but my passion!
How we make extra virgin olive oil is something I hold dear to my heart, and now want to share with my friends, family and you. Enjoy the fruits of our labor!
So, if you have 1 minute to spare, sit back and relax. We're bringing our milling process to you...
