Get up close and personal with our olive press, and if you come at the right time, even see it in action!

In honor of our annual Garlic Fest at Queen Creek Olive Mill, we have dedicated this blog post to the delicious, powerful and, well, potent crop. Have you ever grown garlic before? It's not hard at all, we actually just harvested 7000 bulbs of it from our organic garden here at the Olive Mill!

Mankind has been using garlic for over 7,000 years! Native to central Asia, it has long been a staple in the Mediterranean region and is still being used for both it's culinary and medicinal purposes.
